		<description>uma, for refreshing your virtual memory, try speedupmypc3 from uniblue. not too sure what it does exactly but it has two options - Free Up RAM and Deep RAM recovery - which seem to refresh the memory (possibly not virtual - dunno) of your computer. it has other functions that seem to be very useful - cleaning, optimisation, etc... (btw, i'm not a rep :p)</description>
